Forget about the buffet. You'll need to request everything for breakfast, which can create some communication issues. Be cautious of ants if you have any open food in your room, as they seem to be lurking around the walls, ready for a snack.

Double room with a balcony, had essentials required. The staff were customer-oriented and excellent, they made me feel welcome. Its location to the old town of Toledo was peaceful and unbeatable.
The bed was hard, that's sad thing.

At first we stayed at the Los Cigarrales for 1 night when we were on our way from Madrid to Sevilla (Andalucia). I liked the hotel at first sight. It's easy to find if you are travelling by car, there are lots of signs along the way. Turn from the expressway onto Toledo Sur and it'll take you straight to the hotel. The rooms were perfect for the price we paid. Everything clean, new and working. We had a room with a balcony and a great view of the city. In the morning we ate breakfast for just 6 euros per person and there was really a lot of variety. The staff are great, very helpful. Not everyone speaks English, but they really try to understand and help. Lovely. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. We came back to the hotel on our way back to the airport for antoher night by the way. So yeah we really loved it.
It's a little outside the city and takes around 20 mins walk to get to the center of Toledo. We really liked that bit as the walk is quite pleasant with nice view all the time, but if you want to stay inside the old city walls then you might want to choose another hotel.

Great service! The front desk staff was super helpful with anything we needed. Our Premium Double Room was clean and had an amazing terrace. It was easy to get into the city using the nearby bus. Breakfast was excellent too!

This is a very charming hotel with a tremendous (balcony-)view over the old town of Toledo from the other side of the river although it is not far to the city centre itself (bus or car)!! Besides our quite big room and bathroom were nicely decorated with old country style furniture and tillings. Absolutely recommendable!!!

Excellent staff, careful and polite. We had a large room with a wonderful view on the castles, and even a personal terrace to have a drink watching the hills. Breakfast was 12 euros for the two of us, but it was worth the price, we could eat everything we could, from fruits, donuts to ham, cheese. It was possible to park, there was a lift. We regret not having time to try the restaurant, because it smelled delicious.

Spacious Premium Double Room featured a sunny terrace with beautiful views. Breakfast stood out with a comprehensive selection, including gluten-free options that were a welcome surprise. While the limited bus schedule back into town could be inconvenient for late activities, and the lack of shaded pool areas made lounging less enjoyable, the clean room and attentive staff more than compensated for these drawbacks.

The hotel had an absolutely perfect and magnificent position, to the bridge that crosses into town. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned.

Solo traveler must stay
I had a single room for four nights and it was super clean! The staff were friendly and always helpful, especially when I asked about the bus schedule to the old town.
It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, for what you get, it's still good enough.

Couple wannabe hideaway
I appreciated that the staff seemed well aware of the bus schedule and provided us with a city map. It really helped to navigate the area, which turned out to be a great move after exploring the historical hotspots all day.
It wasn't cheap, but that should be expected given the location.
